Carrie Anne Cavallo

Carrie Anne Cavallo earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1999. Ms. Cavallo began her legal career successfully prosecuting hundreds of child abuse and neglect cases as an attorney for the City of New York. This experience gave Ms. Cavallo a true understanding of family law and the complex familial relationships involved in highly sensitive proceedings often involving children and their families during difficult times.

After leaving the Administration for Children's Services legal office, Ms. Cavallo worked as an associate at Caruso, Caruso, & Branda, PC, where she practiced matrimonial law.

In 2007 Carrie Anne became a founding partner of the law firm of Schpoont & Cavallo, LLP located at 50 Broadway in the heart of lower Manhattan. Her tireless advocacy for her clients has established Ms. Cavallo as a respected and sought after litigator in the Supreme and Family courts of New York City.

Carrie Anne is an active member of many bar associations including New York County Lawyers Association, and The New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the Columbian Lawyers Association, County of Kings; The Bay Ridge Lawyers Association; and The Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association — past Director, Treasurer and currently serving as Vice President.
